Data processed and purposes

The site has no form, no newsletter and no customer account. Three processing operations take place:

• Access logs. When you visit the site, our hosting provider records the IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time of the request. This data is used for the security and operation of the site and is kept briefly.
• Audience measurement. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which produce aggregated statistics (page views, country, device type, loading times) without cookies or any persistent identifier. No individual profile is built.
• Conversation request on WhatsApp. If you choose to open a WhatsApp conversation from the site, your phone number, profile name and the content of your messages are transmitted to us by WhatsApp. The pre-filled message may contain a short code indicating how you found the site (for example “ref. IG-2609”); it contains no personal data. We use this information to handle your allocation request and to correspond with you. It is kept for the duration of the request, then for no more than two years after the last exchange.

Legal basis

These operations rely on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (conversation request) and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and measuring its audience. They comply with the principles of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP); for persons located in the European Union, they correspond to Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR.

Cookies and local storage

The site sets no cookies. It only uses the browser's session storage for two technical items, cleared when the tab is closed: the single display of the opening animation and the provenance code mentioned above. No advertising or tracking tool is active.

Recipients and transfers abroad

We do not sell or rent your data and do not pass it to any other third party, except where required by law. Two providers are involved:

• Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States: hosting of the site, access logs and audience measurement. Vercel participates in the Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S.), recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms, Inc.): delivery of the conversations you open. Processing by WhatsApp is governed by its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, object to a processing operation, request its restriction or obtain a copy in a common format. Write to legal@veltrion.ch; we reply within thirty days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you reside in the European Union, with the supervisory authority of your country.

Changes

This policy may be updated; the version date appears at the top of the page.
